What is the Participant Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement?In participating in Fiddle Pal Camp and its activities, including those off site, I acknowledge that I, as participant, parent or guest, understand there are risks of accidents and illness. I, as participant or parent/guest do hereby release and discharge, indemnify and hold harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all liability, claims, demands, costs and expenses, and causes of action whatsoever which I might have against Fiddle Pal Camp, Fiddle Pal Music LLC, St Paul Lutheran Church, Trinity Lutheran Church, and any of its employees, volunteers, owners and officers. I give my permission for professional medical treatment, transportation to and treatment at a hospital if necessary. I agree to be the party responsible for all medical expenses incurred. I understand that Fiddle Pal Camp cannot guarantee food offered will be free of all products included but not limited to nuts, wheat, soy, dairy and other allergens. I understand the refund policy. I give permission for the use of my, or my child's image, photo or video for, but not limited to, camp promotion. I acknowledge that I understand the content of this document. I am aware that it is legally binding and I sign it out of my own free will.

What is the Fiddle Pal Camp Cancellation Policy?If you have registered for camp but cannot attend, a 50% refund will be given thru April 30. There are no refunds after May 1. Fiddle Pal Camp reserves the right to cancel camp due to an increase in local COVID cases, updated recommendations/regulations from the CDC, Minnesota Department of Health, or local leaders, or because of a COVID exposure or infection of any Fiddle Pal Camp student, instructor, or volunteer.

What should I bring to Fiddle Pal Camp?For a great camp experience, make sure to bring the following: Instrument Water bottle with your name on it Recording device (the voice recorder on a smart phone works great) Athletic shoes for outside if you'd like to play soccer or four square If you did not purchase lunch when you registered, remember to bring lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (we provide pizza on Friday!)
